01Independent Sourcing Directory Statement
bridge.ws operates strictly as an independent review aggregator, rating platform, and information service. We curate, format, and audit digital development agencies, software studios, and strategic creative groups. We are not a broker, joint venture partner, contracting agent, or hiring authority for the studios listed on this platform.
Critical Liability Release & Warranty Disclaimer
AS-IS Information: All directory listings, aggregated ratings, reviews, capability lists, pricing tiers, and descriptions are compiled for educational index purposes and presented strictly "as-is". bridge.ws offers no performance guarantees, explicit or implied warranties, or representation of correctness.
No Endorsement: The numeric scoring and review compilation under our proprietary merit system represents a computational research summary. It does NOT constitute an legal endorsement, financial recommendation, or quality score of physical capabilities.
Total Release of Contractual Claims: If you enter into a business contract, transactional dialogue, service level agreement, or visual layout delivery with any designer, studio, or custom agency discovered on this platform, you do so entirely at your own financial risk. bridge.ws shall NOT be liable for any project failures, technical bugs, delivery delay, breach of NDA, code default, copyright infringement, or monetary disputes occurring between you and your selected provider.
02Algorithmic Compilations and Scraped Audits
We compile data from public registries, portfolio logs, web directories, and historical projects. While we make commercial effort to filter bad listings, verify credentials, and eliminate spam, ratings can change and database elements may reflect inaccuracies over time. You are invited to independently perform financial and technical due diligence on any provider prior to executing real-world transaction documents.
03Decryption Mailer and Scraper Limits
To mitigate scrapers and lead-farming bots, we gate decrypted contact coordinates behind a math transaction solver on the Quote Page. Using our template payload generator or copy buttons does not construct a Client-Broker relationship. We do not charge agency commissions, mark up bids, or mediate payment disputes. We reserve the absolute right to refuse routing support to any organization we suspect of fraudulent operations, bot activity, spamming, or violating our editorial integrity guidelines.
04Climate Pledges & Evercove Links
We contain links to external partners including our featured environmental sponsor, Evercove (at www.evercove.com). bridge.ws does not run or operate Evercove and is not responsible for auditing their compliance certifications, individual consulting programs, or physical waste-diversion strategies. We donate a portion of standard digital sponsorships to zero-waste solutions voluntarily, and assume no structural liability for their ultimate organizational success.
Limitation of Financial Damages
In no event shall bridge.ws, its founders, subsidiaries, or engineering associates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of code, data, profits, brand reputation, or operational downtime) arising out of or in connection with utilizing our platform directory tools, emails, or curated assets. This service is governed strictly by the laws of the State of California, United States.
